Why is the third digit hidden?
The catalogue keeps the third digit private. The full number is revealed on your receipt after payment has been confirmed.
Does the price include a mobile plan?
No. The listed price covers the number, including GST. Your mobile provider's plan and ongoing charges are separate.
Can I transfer to a different provider?
Australian mobile numbers can generally be transferred between providers. Check your preferred provider's transfer requirements before buying. Your receipt includes a guide to the next steps.
How long will a transfer take?
Timing depends on the providers involved, business hours and verification. Your receiving provider can confirm the expected timeframe. Keep the number's existing service active until the transfer is complete.
How do payments work?
Card checkout is handled by Stripe. Eligible high-value numbers also offer bank transfer at checkout. A number is revealed when payment is confirmed. The current preview shows real inventory; online payments are not enabled.
Can I request a particular pattern?
Custom enquiries are opening soon. For now, browse the catalogue by digits, pattern and budget. A saved listing does not reserve a number.
Can I buy more than one number?
You can save multiple selections in your bag. Each number has its own checkout and receipt, and the remaining selections stay in your bag.
