What you're buying
You're purchasing the right to port a specific Australian mobile number to a carrier of your choice. The number is delivered to you on payment confirmation; the port-in is a separate process performed by your destination carrier.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept card payments via Stripe and Australian bank transfer for high-value numbers. Stripe charges complete instantly; bank transfers complete within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Numbers are refundable up until the port-in process begins. Once the port is initiated, the number is committed to your destination carrier and cannot be returned. Refund requests within the window are honoured within 5 business days.
Warranty
We warrant that each number is in good standing with its originating carrier and portable to any major Australian carrier or MVNO at the time of sale. If a port-in is rejected for reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund or substitute number of equivalent value.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the purchased number for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to harassment, scams, or impersonation. Digit Dealer reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who use numbers unlawfully.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of NSW.
